Years ago John Muir wrote "The Great Central Plain of California, during the months of March, April and May, was one smooth, continuous bed of honey-bloom, so marvelously rich that, in walking from one end to the other, a distance of 400 miles, your foot would press about a hundred flowers at every step". There aren't to many places where you can still see what he wrote about, but there are a few. This is one of them.
I love photography! When creating a photograph I'm looking for lines, shapes, colors, positions and relationships amongst all that is before the camera. I also love finding the right blend of light and dark, as well as near and far visual interest for each photograph I make. I've been blessed to live my whole life in one of the most beautiful places on Earth, California. This truly is a magnificent place! As you will discover my photography is a celebration of seeing the beauty and grandeur that surrounds me.
